At Providence we believe MEMBERSHIP is more than simply attending a church service and having your name on a roster. MEMBERSHIP is all about active participation. For that reason, if you serve on a Ministry Team you are a member. If you give financially you are a member. If you participate in a Small Group you are a member. If you reach out through a Micro-Mission you are a member.
Having said that, we do offer a class called “Discover Providence” two or three times a year where you will learn the mission and vision of the church. We will explain how to become an active participant of our church family as well as give you a chance to ask questions. You don’t have to become a “member” when you attend the class, but you will be given the opportunity to sign on the dotted line and make the commitment to partner with Providence!
